2.3 “Artist” or “Seller” means any individual or entity that lists, promotes, or sells artwork or related services through the Platform. 

2.4 “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including but not limited to names, contact details, and transaction history. 

2.5 “Processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Information, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, or deletion. 

3. Categories of Personal Information Collected 

3.1 The Platform collects Personal Information directly from Users when voluntarily provided through account registration, order placement, communications, or use of Platform features. 

3.2 Collected Personal Information includes: 

Identity Data: Full name, username, and profile photos. 

Contact Data: Email address, telephone number, billing address, and delivery address. 

Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from the User and other details of products or services purchased or sold on the Platform. 

Technical Data: IP addresses, login data, browser type and version, and device identifiers collected automatically through the User's interaction with the Platform. 

3.3 For Artists or Sellers, the Platform may collect additional Personal Information required for identity verification, tax compliance, and payment disbursement (such as bank account details or government-issued identification). 

4. Use of Personal Information 

4.1 Personal Information is Processed only for the following purposes: 

Service Delivery: To manage registrations, facilitate transactions between buyers and Sellers, and provide customer support. 

Communication: To send administrative updates, security alerts, and requested information. 

Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws in Nepal, including tax reporting and anti-fraud mandates. 

Platform Integrity: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activities. 

4.2 The Platform shall not use Personal Information for purposes incompatible with these original purposes or for unrelated commercial exploitation.

6.2 Facilitating Sales: When a User purchases artwork, the Platform will disclose the necessary Personal Information (such as name and delivery address) to the relevant Seller to facilitate fulfillment of the order. 

6.3 Legal Obligations: Personal Information may be disclosed to government authorities, tax agencies, or law enforcement if required by a valid legal order or to comply with the laws of Nepal. 

6.4 Business Protection: Disclosure may occur to enforce the Platform’s Terms and Conditions or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Annapurna Art Private Limited, our Users, or others.
